We are looking for a Practice Development Coordinator to join our Practice Support Team at Burkhart Dental Supply! This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in our footprint: WA, OR, CA, ID, AK, AZ, UT, CO, TX, OK or MO. The schedule for this position will be 8am – 5pm PST.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Practice Development Coordinator, you support an assigned department with a wide variety of administrative and analytical responsibilities. You are committed to supporting dentists and their teams in growing and managing their businesses. You’re enthusiastic about analysis, systems, streamlining processes, collaborating with internal and external clients, and delivering exceptional service. As a key part of keeping your department functioning smoothly, you ensure project completion, and clients receive an exceptional experience. Your expertise will also support practices and Account Managers as a resource for hotline calls and emails to PST. The Practice Development Coordinator is a key member of the Burkhart sales team and partners closely with Sales Account Managers to support their client success.

  • ANALYSIS AND PROJECT COMPLETION: You complete and provide accurate and thorough analyses from practice business data submitted. Projects, documentation, emails, and reporting assigned are completed thoroughly, meet or exceed expectations, and are on time with an eye to accuracy and professionalism.
  • EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE: You go above and beyond in order to provide an Exceptional Client Experience. Your communication and customer service skills are consistently of the highest quality. You are an active, engaged, collaborative, and positive teammate/leader with both internal and external customers.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Information is organized and accessible, you maintain an efficient workspace and manage your time well. You define clear objectives and milestones, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to achieve those objectives.
  • TEAM SUPPORT: You facilitate the success of your team by making sure that your team has the tools and support they need to meet their goals. Your team can depend on you to be highly organized and provide high quality work in a timely manner.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Uses project management skills and comprehensive Microsoft Suite, to include advanced Excel skills and Adobe skills to provide administrative structure to help the team meet project deliverables and deadlines.
What you’ll need…
  • Associate’s degree in business, communications, healthcare management, or closely related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in dental office management, sales, or customer service.
        Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, healthcare management, or closely related field.
  • 5 years of experience working in dental front office.
  • 5 years of experience in sales support role.
  • Experience using CRM, such as Act, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience with a range of practice management software systems.
Salary Info:
  • Salary Range of $58,000 to $68,000.
  • Hiring in range is based on experience and geographical location.
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

Internet Speed Requirements:
  • 50 mbps download and 20 mbps upload is the bare minimum requirement.
